Posters, open house demonstrations highlight engaging research work.
Students from Shattuck-St. Mary’s BioScience, Engineering, and The Major Centers of Excellence showcased their impressive work to faculty members and peers during the Fall Student Research Symposium on Wednesday, December 6.
Participating COE students transformed weCreate and Fayfield Hall as they exhibited their current research and fielded questions from SSM community members. Members of The Major and BioScience prepared posters that outlined their areas of focus, the status of their current research, and questions they hope to explore and answer in the months ahead. Meanwhile, Engineering students held court during an open house that included hands-on demonstrations.
Students will continue to hone their projects and refine their research throughout the school year.
