Shattuck-St. Mary’s School is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Upper School office. This position provides a wide range of administrative support of the daily operations of the Upper School including calendar management, meeting and event coordination, research and preparation of documents, and serves as a key point of initial contact for students, faculty, staff, and other constituents of the School in a professional, courteous manner.
- Post high school education or four year college degree preferred.
- Office management experience may offset lack of college degree in the specified area.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Docs
